Thank you for being a part of the magic for our mutual client’s special time at Enchanted Acres!

Our purpose-built barn event venue is a labor of love. Its architecture and design allow us to create space for some of the most special moments in people’s lives. Images of our building contain our architect’s intellectual property and are protected under U.S. Copyright law. We will not charge any fee for you to use our structure in your images. However, all we ask is that you provide us with at least 5 images that we can use for marketing and promotion of our business, such as inclusion on our website’s gallery page. Please prepare your photos to meet these specifications:

• Size. No larger than 2,000 pixels on the longest edge.
• Watermark. Images must include your watermark. It can be an image or a text watermark. This protects us both and ensures your brand is carried as far as the image goes.
• Format. JPG
• Color Mode. RGB or sRGB
• Quality/Compression. 65%

These settings are typical for what many photographers use when preparing images to share on social media. It should be fairly similar to your existing workflow. We hope you appreciate our efforts to make sure your work is presented well and all of our intellectual property is protected. We look forward to working with you!
