Weekday Pricing

For events occurring on Monday through Thursday.

125 or Fewer Guests
$110 per hour

Optional Service: Set up, break down, linens, clean up and trash removal $300

126 + Guests
$135 per hour

Optional Service: Set up, break down, linens, clean up and trash removal $350

Information

  • Maximum capacity for sit-down dinners inside of the barn is 250 guests.
  • There is a nonrefundable reservation fee that is required to reserve your date. The reservation fee is 20% of your package price.
  • There is an additional $300 security deposit that is fully refunded within two weeks after the event if the facility is left in good condition.

A La Carte Services

  • Linens – $6.00 per linen, $2.00 per overlap, $0.50 per napkin
  • Access to decoration inventory $150
  • Set Up – Enchanted Acres staff will set up tables, chairs, and linens  $200
  • Clean Up – Our staff will do all the cleaning and breakdown of tables and chairs and trash removal $350
  • Trash Take-off – Our staff will take off trash but clients will be responsible for breakdown and clean up  $75
