  • A non refundable Booking Fee of 20% is required to reserve your date.
  • There is a $500 Security Deposit that will be collected one week prior to the wedding. The deposit will be fully refunded if the venue is left in good condition.
  • Additional linens needed will be $10.00 per linen.
